Finding something to write about can be a huge mental block. Luckily, if you have the right brainstorming techniques in your back pocket, it’s much easier. The key is finding what matters to your customers.
Start by imagining an average customer. Just one. What are they concerned about as they move through their day? What problems are they encountering that your business could solve? What questions do they have? Write all of this down. Include questions they have actually asked you, as well as ones you imagine they might have.
Now, how would you answer each of those questions? This is the secret to a good blog post. When your blog answers your customers’ questions—even ones they didn’t know they had—your readers will feel heard, understood, and ready to learn more about your business.
