TREVOSE, Pa.— alphabroder closes its acquisition of promotional products supplier Prime Line. The company holds more than 30 years of operation in the promotional products industry.
“I have long known and respected Prime Line and its family leadership,” states Norman Hullinger, CEO of alphabroder. “This is a significant acquisition, and the combination of our companies will create the industry’s first true ‘one-stop-shop’ offering our customers a new level of convenience, service, and solutions.”
The two companies disclosed the agreement earlier this month in a press announcement and Facebook Live video interview featuring Hullinger and Jeff Lederer, CEO and president of Prime Line. With the acquisition, Lederer joins alphabroder’s management team and Prime Line maintains its headquarters in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
The move is the third major acquisition by alphabroder in recent years. Since 2014 the company has also acquired apparel brands such as Ash City and Bodek and Rhodes.
