KNOXVILLE, Tenn.—Threds Inc. and John Payne launch Threds 151, a brand new, artist-based initiative. Threds 151 is a cutting-edge apparel brand that utilizes a community of talented, driven designers and Threds Inc.’s manufacturing processes and retail connections to take a product line from concept to the shelves of national retailers in less than six months.
Threds 151 will compile a book of apparel designs to present to national retailers. Artists and designers are invited to take part in the opportunity, gaining valuable experience and national recognition. Compensation will be received for designs that make the book, with additional residual rewards for "big sellers" and designs picked by retailers.
