Sharon, Mass.—Charles River Apparel announces the promotion of Jason Lipsett to the director of marketing operations.
In his new role, Lipsett is the central manager for the marketing department, supporting the VP of marketing, while overseeing Charles River’s digital marketing team and developing long-term plans for the brand and organization.
Lipsett started working for Charles River in 2013 shortly after graduating Magna Cum Laude at Bentley University where he studied business management. After four years with the company, in the fall of 2017, Lipsett transitioned out of his role to pursue his MBA at Boston College. He will graduate with distinction this year.
“The knowledge Jason has gained while working towards his masters and building on his previous experience with Charles River is exactly what we need to grow and push our brand forward,” Tracy Lehnen, VP of marketing, says.
Lipsett is the son of CEO and owner Barry Lipsett and represents the third generation of the Lipsett family at Charles River Apparel. The family looks forward to Charles River’s continued success and being able to expand its impact in the community by giving back through the company’s Charles River Cares program.
