ColDesi Appoints Bryan Hall as Client Support Manager

TAMPA, Fla.—Embroidery and direct-to-garment equipment supplier ColDesi names Bryan Hall as the company’s new client support manager.

Hall comes to the role with more than 10 years of experience managing large technical service and client support teams in the apparel decoration industry, as well as roles in quality control, information technology, and process improvement. In addition to management experience, Hall holds hands-on experience as a technician and has a bachelor’s degree in business.

“Bryan is the kind of guy who puts his teams’ and clients’ needs in front of his own,” says Scott Colman, president of ColDesi. “We brought Bryan on board because we share the vision that excellent client service and support is not a stationary target. We must be constantly improving our individual and team performance levels.”

In his new position, Hall heads up the growth of ColDesi through service and support operations. As support manager, the company says he will “continue to improve the measurability, satisfaction, and transparency of the overall process to the customer while expanding ColDesi’s unique culture of commitment to its clients.”
