NEW YORK—Private equity firm H.I.G. Capital (H.I.G.) announces the acquisition of Logo Sportswear by its portfolio company, Digital Room. The acquisition combines Digital Room’s printing solutions capabilities with Logo’s specialties in short- to medium-run promotional merchandise, workwear, and uniforms.

Logo Sportswear’s product line includes a variety of jackets, polos, caps, jerseys, bags, and other apparel and accessories for men, women, and children. The company also provides uniforms to recreational sports teams using its online ordering platform.
