STERLING, Ill.—HALO announces a significant expansion of company headquarters in Illinois. The company says the development comes just 16 months after completion of headquarters construction.
HALO projects the new construction will add 253,000 square feet of warehouse space and 23,500 square feet of office space. The expansion will hold approximately 350 additional employees.
HALO CEO Marc Simon says the company initially intended to build a second phase within five years but “favorable market conditions, acquisitions and the addition of several major clients during the past two years have provided us with the opportunity to expand our headquarter campus much earlier than anticipated.”
“We were fortunate to have the support of the City of Sterling, Sterling’s local economic development team, and our financial sponsors, TPG Growth, to accelerate our expansion,” adds Simon.
HALO projects the completion of the new warehouse space by Dec. 2019 and office completion by May 2020.
