STERLING, Illinois—HALO Branded Solutions grows its staff with three new hires. The company adds Melanie Noble-Beierschmitt and Jason Hayward to the finance team, and Dustin Wicks to the company’s management team.
Noble-Beierschmitt serves as accounts receivable manager and joins HALO with more than 15 years of financial management experience. In her new role, Noble-Beierschmitt leads a 40-person credit and collections team for the company. Hayward assumes the role of accounts payable manager and leads a group of 13 employees with more than 10 years of experience in the field. Both individuals report to Tami Borum, controller for HALO.
“Our team is looking forward to the additional leadership, and best practices both Melanie and Jason will be bringing from their years of experience in finance management positions,” Borum states.
On the management team, HALO appoints Wicks to sales system product manager. In his new role, Wicks is responsible for driving the field sales transition for HALO’s new order management platform and reports to Dawn Olds, HALO’s senior vice president of operations.
“(Wicks) provided a wealth of experience in sales management, training, and software integration,” says Olds. “He is also very familiar with our account executives and support staff based on his many years as one of our top supplier representatives.”
