Hanes Launches Social Media Contest with Michael Jordan


WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.—Hanes launches a social media challenge in collaboration with basketball legend Michael Jordan. The contest, which awards winners a chance to visit with the former Chicago Bulls player is a “challenge for fans to see if they are cool enough to hang with Michael Jordan,” says the company.

Dubbed the “Chill Like MJ” campaign, the interactive social media challenge leads to a sweepstakes entry for an all-expenses paid trip to North Carolina. Winners spend a day on a golf course, attend a Charlotte Hornets game, and meet Jordan as part of the prize package.

Contestants qualify for the sweepstakes by participating in the company’s online challenge which asks the question “What would Michael Jordan do?” for a series of real-life scenarios.

The contest ends Oct. 31, 2017.
