BRIDGEPORT, Pa.—Licensed collegiate apparel supplier and manufacturer League Collegiate Outfitters announces it has received an investment from Dominus Capital. The company supplies a full range of apparel including T-shirts, fleece wear, and spirit goods such as blankets and pillows.

The company also announces the addition of two senior executives as part of the transaction. Pete Waldron is named as the chief operations officer and John Donaldson is the company’s new chief financial officer. Waldron joins the team from Vantage Apparel and holds more than 20 years of experience in the branded apparel market. Donaldson comes to the company with prior leadership positions at multiple private equity-backed companies.

In addition to holding licensing agreements with multiple major four-year collegiate institutions, League Collegiate is a member of the Fair Labor Association. The company produces goods at manufacturing facilities in Bridgeport, Pa. and El Salvador, and offers socially-conscious programs like gang rehabilitation to the local community.
