THE NBM SHOW Adds Two 2-Day Shows for 2016

BROOMFIELD, Colo.—National Business Media, parent company of NBM Events, which produces THE NBM SHOW, announces the addition of two 2-Day shows in addition to its previously announced slate of five NBM SHOWs.

“I’m pleased to announce the addition of two events to the 2016 NBM Events line up. We’ll be producing THE NBM 2-DAY SHOW in Portland, Oregon, at the Oregon Convention Center on Friday, Oct. 14 and Saturday, October 15,” says Sue Hueg, vice president of NBM Events. “We’ll end the 2016 show year back in Denver, Colorado on Friday, Nov. 11 and Saturday, November 12, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel & Convention Center at Denver International Airport.”

THE NBM SHOWs are designed to serve readers and clients of NBM’s three graphics-oriented magazines: Awards & Engraving, Printwear and Sign & Digital Graphics.

The company says this year’s 2-Day event in Denver was enormously successful, evidence of strong demand for THE NBM SHOW in the Mile High City.

“We’re extremely pleased to be able to bring THE NBM 2-DAY SHOW concept to underserved markets like Portland and Denver,” says Dave Pomeroy, vice president of publishing and markets for NBM. “The 2015 Denver event was proof of concept for this approach, and the results were outstanding—97 percent of surveyed buyers indicated they would return to a Denver event in 2016.

For years, we have received requests to produce a show in Portland, and interest has frankly never been higher than right now. It’s great to be able to respond to that demand.”

As previously announced, THE NBM SHOW returns to Arlington, Texas, March 10–12 at the Arlington Convention Center; on June 2–4 THE NBM B.I.G. SHOW takes place in Indianapolis at the Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium and again in Long Beach, California, July 14–16 at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center; the Baltimore Convention Center will be the site of THE NBM SHOW Aug. 18–20; and the Charlotte, North Carolina, Convention Center will host THE NBM SHOW Oct. 27–29.
