DALLAS—OrderMyGear announces the promotion of Leonid Rozkin to chief financial officer.
The company says that Rozkin's promotion "aligns with OMG's vision to take the company into their next phase of growth by investing in leadership, talent, and professionals with industry and SaaS experience." In 2020, OrderMyGear adds that it plans to drive "new standards" for technology in the team and promotional products industries. The company aims to do this by refining its platform and streamlining the order process between dealers and distributors. This initiative also includes doubling OrderMyGear's engineering, sales, and service teams.
"Leo brings the experience and attitude required to help lead OMG into the next stage of our business as we expand offerings and accelerate growth," comments OrderMyGear CEO Dave Dutch. "He is the type of versatile CFO that adds value at multiple levels. We are lucky to have Leo on the Team!"
Rozkin brings more than a decade of private equity, investment banking, and financial experience to the team. During his time at JPMorgan, Rozkin helped several SaaS companies go public and advised on the largest SaaS transactions at the time, totaling $8 billion. Before joining OrderMyGear, he served as vice president at Francisco Partners, a technology-focused private equity firm with $14 billion of assets raised to date, where he was responsible for nine software investments, representing $4 billion of enterprise value.
"We are fortunate to have a strong culture of OMG'ers who are passionate about making our clients successful," Rozkin remarks. "Over the past year, it has become clear that there is a tremendous opportunity to help our clients grow by providing technology that solves for the future trends in our industry -- we are proud to be at the forefront of that movement. It's been a fun ride, and we couldn't be more excited for 2020."
