PHILADELPHIA—Penn Emblem expands its customer support and sales support teams with the addition of two new employees. The company names Kimberly Maier as direct sales administrative support and Annette Lee as receptionist for the Corporate Customer Support team.
Maier holds roughly 18 years of professional experience; including 12 years in customer service and six years in administrative support. She has held various positions in multiple capacities including lead patient care coordinator in the pulmonary department for a large pharmaceutical corporation.
Maier says she looks forward to meeting new people in her role while also becoming part of the Penn Emblem Company Team.
“I find it rewarding to participate in things that make a difference for the better whether it’s running a 5k, donating to a good cause, or volunteering my time, especially when working with children/animals,” she states.
Lee holds roughly 25 years of experience in several industries including a law firm, construction company, and real estate. She recently changed directions in her career to help her family, assisting her brother with two special-needs children as a Habilitation Aide.
“Out of all of my jobs over the years, I would have to say this was my most rewarding experience,” Lee states.
