HASTINGS, Minn.—Storm Creek announces the addition of four key positions to its growing team. Departments include support, accounting, marketing, and customer service roles.
The company names the following new employees:
Beth Harris, customer and product coordinator
The company defines Harris’ role as a “central support role” for sales and leadership teams. In her position, Harris maintains product and customer data, and oversees multiple projects company-wide, bringing “efficiencies and process improvements to all departments,” according to Storm Creek. ‘
Colette Mumm, accounting specialist
Mumm supports the company’s senior accounting manager through company accounting, accounts payable, credit applications, inventory reporting, human resources, and office administration.
Jeremy Piatt, marketing graphic designer
According to Storm Creek, Piatt “supports strategic marketing initiatives and creates high-quality designs and content that conform to Storm Creek’s brand standards.” Piatt is responsible for producing production-ready design assets for print, email, the web, and social media, as well as various photography and video production.
Rachel Sprenger, order entry specialist
Sprenger manages the company’s full customer order process, which includes entering orders, obtaining clarification from customers, allocating stock, ensuring all decoration orders are complete, and pushing orders for production and fulfillment.
