World Emblem Announces Territory Account Management Changes


MIAMI—World Emblem announces changes in territory account management. The company states that the changes are intended to bring the sales force closer to clients and to “help develop new strategies on how to make their clients more profitable within their apparel decoration programs.”

Paola Soler transitions from Northeast territory account manager to Southeast territory account manager. Soler comes to the role with more than four years of experience at World Emblem, and more than five years serving in a logistics position in the textile industry prior to joining the company. During her time at World Emblem, Soler has served in customer service, sales, and logistics roles and managed more than 100 accounts for the company.

“I have a passion for people; being around them, learning about them, and helping them,” states Soler. “I genuinely care about my clients and demonstrate that commitment by making them my first priority.”

Jorge Saez transitions to the role of Northeast territory account manager. Saez comes to the role with more than 15 years of working for the company, most recently serving as major account manager. In addition to account manager, Saez transitions to the new position with experience in production management, customer service, and managing operations at two U.S. plants for World Emblem.

“You have to listen to your client before selling anything, this way you can bring them solutions,” says Saez. “I believe in what we have to offer and most importantly that building a long term relationship with our clients is paramount.”

Both staff transitions began on Oct. 1, 2016.
