MIAMI—World Emblem receives the Passion for Partnership award from uniform services provider Aramark. The company is also the first recipient of the newly-created award.
“On behalf of the entire World Emblem team, we are extremely honored that Aramark selected us for the Passion for Partnership award,” says Randy Carr, CEO of World Emblem. “Aramark has been a tremendous client to work with, and we are glad that we can continue to build on this successful partnership over the last 25 years.”
World Emblem holds the award for completing a recent high-volume decorating job for the uniform supplier with a short turnaround time after being approached by Carrier Porter, senior director of procurement and global sourcing at Aramark. The company credits Tony Morando, vice president of sales at World Emblem with executing a plan to meet Aramark’s needs.
“World Emblem went above and beyond, not only coming up with a solution but with an innovative idea that Aramark’s client loved for a new enhancement to the garment,” adds Porter.
